Company branding is achieved through advertising in "The Metropolitan Builder" monthly trade publication.  This publication is received by virtually all of the building professionals that can be identified in the Houston market, as well as the interior designers who are members of the ASID.

Company Sales Liaison Services

Vendors and Subcontractors, looking to increase their building professional business, are personally introduced to the building professionals visited on a monthly basis. Business cards and marketing material are incorporated within the builder's media kits and presented to the builders during the presentation.  "An interview for the Cover Story Opportunity."

Qualified Building Professional Leads

Participating Vendors and Subcontractors are given 2 to 3 qualified building professional leads in which to follow up.  These building professionals have agreed to take the calls of the vendors and/or subcontractors we represent - all of which have been referred.

Exclusive Monthly Networking Group Meetings

Participating "Vendors and Subcontractors" are invited to attend a category exclusive monthly networking group meeting in which all members open up books of business connections and assist each other in driving business through the process of passing referrals and creating connections.  This networking group is a managed group meeting in which referrals are the main focus.

Cover Story & Inside Story Sponsorships

Each month appointments are made with at least two to three building professionals in which to present the cover story and inside story opportunities.  The building professionals chosen are awarded beautiful packets of marketing material, valued between $3,000 and $4,000, compliments of our Sponsors.

Recipients of the Cover Story and Inside Story Receives:

3 or 4 Page Professionally written story laid to profile their company. Runs in one issue of the magazine.  Converted into a 6 page tri-fold or 4 page bi-fold package of marketing material which include:
 
  • High Resolution PDF of the magazine in which story ran
  • Print PDF of the story reprint - print hard copy of story on an as needed basis
  • Digital Marketing Material – Story will be converted into a 6 or 4 page Interactive Digital flip to be used for social media marketing.
  • 25 Hard Copies of the Magazine in which the story ran.
